2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
●

1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
●

1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
●

3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
●

1 teaspoon paprika
●

1 teaspoon ground cumin
●

1 to 2 teaspoons MAGGI® Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
●

1 can (13.6 fluid ounces) coconut milk
●

1 can (7.6 fluid ounces) NESTLÉ® Media Crema Table Cream

MAKE IT

Step 1

Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet.

Step 2

Add onion, bell peppers and garlic to skillet; cook, stirring frequently, for 6 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Sprinkle paprika, cumin and bouillon over vegetables and cook for another 30 seconds.
