- ●5 potatoes, peeled and cooked
- ●1 large egg, beaten
- ●1/2 cup wheat flour
- ●2 cups grated Chihuahua cheese
- ●6 tablespoons butter
- ●1 can (7.6 ounces) NESTLÉ® Media Crema
MAKE IT
Step 1
Mash the potatoes and mix with egg and flour until they form a smooth paste, stirring with your hands and taking care not to harden. Divide mixture into pieces and form into tiny croquettes.
Step 2
Place the croquettes on a board and sprinkle them lightly with additional flour so they do not stick together. Press one by one genlty with the tines of a fork, pushing to form the gnocchis. Cook them in a large pot of boiling water until they float. Remove and place on a platter.
Step 3
Heat the cheese, butter and NESTLÉ® Media Crema in a double boiler until a sauce is formed. Serve gnocchis with the sauce.
Step 4
Tip: Add garlic salt to the potato mixture.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
