- ●8 green onions
- ●2 jalapeños, stemmed, seeds removed and diced
- ●1 tablespoon yellow aji paste (can substitute a banana pepper)
- ●1 cup chopped cilantro
- ●2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- ●1 clove garlic, chopped
- ●2 tablespoons olive oil
- ●1 teaspoon white vinegar
- ●1 lime, juiced
- ●1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ●1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ●1/2 cup NESTLÉ® Media Crema Table Cream
- ●1/2 cup mayonnaise
MAKE IT
Step 1
Char green onions over medium heat, turning with tongs. Cool for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Place green onions, jalapeños, aji paste, cilantro, cheese, garlic, oil, vinegar, lime juice, salt and pepper in blender; cover. Blend on medium speed for 15 seconds at a time; repeat two more times.
Step 3
Add Media Crema and mayonnaise; blend on medium speed for 30-45 seconds. Blend on medium-high speed for about 1 minute or until smooth.
Step 4
Transfer to a bowl. Check seasoning and add more if desired. Enjoy!
Try substituting Media Crema Lite for the regular Media Crema!
