MAKE IT

Step 1

Place spinach, basil, cheese, garlic, shallot, walnuts, Media Crema, pepper and water in blender; cover. Blend on medium speed for 30-45 seconds at a time; repeat two more times and scape down sides in between.

Step 2

Transfer to a bowl. Check seasoning and add more if desired. Garnish with cheese cubes if desired and enjoy!

Tip:

Try substituting Media Crema Lite for the regular Media Crema!
