- ●1 can (12 fluid ounces) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk
- ●1 can (7.6 ounces) NESTLÉ® Media Crema
- ●3 tomatoes, seeded
- ●1 teaspoon onion powder
- ●3/4 teaspoon salt
- ●5 sprigs fresh cilantro
- ●1 tablespoon lemon juice
MAKE IT
Step 1
Blend evaporated milk, tomato, onion powder, cilantro, salt, lemon juice and NESTLÉ® Media Crema; strain.
Step 2
Cook the soup until it thickens a little, stirring constantly to avoid sticking; serve with toast.
Step 3
Tip: For a creamier consistency, add a little cream cheese when blending the tomato and add a couple basil leaves to improve the flavor.
Blend in a chile de arbol to give the cream a spicy touch.
