Step 1

Microwave morsels in a small, dry, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 1 minute; STIR. The morsels may retain some of their original shape. If necessary, microwave at additional 10- to 15-second intervals, stirring just until morsels are melted. Set aside.

Step 2

Place hazelnuts in a food processor. Process until pasty, about 1 minute. Scrape down sides of bowl, if necessary. Add Coffee mate natural bliss Creamer and process for another 1 minute until completely combined. Add melted chocolate and pulse to fully combine.
