- ●1 1/2 cups lowfat 2% milk
- ●1/2 cup Coffee mate® natural bliss® Vanilla Flavor All-Natural Coffee Creamer
- ●2 large eggs
- ●3 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
- ●3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ●1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- ●1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ●6 cups cubed French bread (1-inch cubes)
- ●1 1/4 cups fresh raspberries
- ●1/4 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325° F. Spray 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
Whisk together milk, Coffee mate natural bliss Creamer, eggs, butter, sugar, almond extract and cinnamon in a large bowl. Fold in bread cubes and raspberries. Divide mixture in prepared muffin cups.
Step 3
Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven; top each bread pudding cup evenly with morsels. Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until tops begin to brown. Let cool completely in pan.
