Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375° F. Lightly grease a 10-inch skillet.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom and salt.

Step 3

Add rice, raisins and pistachios; stir until well combined.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into prepared skillet; place on the middle rack of oven. Bake for 30 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is just set. Serve warm.
