Make It
Step 1
Cut the cake into irregular pieces and divide into 8 dessert cups.
Step 2
Combine sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk in a medium saucepan; heat just until hot. Remove from heat and add media crema, stirring well to avoid lumps.
Step 3
Pour milk mixture into the 8 glasses until each one is well moistened and a little cream remains on the bottom. Set aside.
Step 4
Combine egg whites and sugar in a bowl and place in a boiling water bath. Begin beating with an electric mixer on high speed while still in the water bath to form a firm and shiny meringue.
Step 5
Decorate each glass with the freshly prepared meringue; use a kitchen torch to brown the meringues before serving.
