- ●1 tablespoon MAGGI Granulated Beef Flavor Bouillon
- ●1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ●2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
- ●2 teaspoons chili powder
- ●1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ●1 pound skirt steak
- ●10 corn tortillas
- ●Chopped cilantro
- ●Sour cream
- ●Lime wedges
Make It
Step 1
Combine Maggi Granulated Beef Bouillon, oil, garlic, chili powder and cumin in small bowl. Rub steak on both sides with bouillon mixture.
Step 2
Heat large nonstick skillet over high heat and cook steak, in batches if necessary, turning once, until desired doneness, about 8 minutes. Remove from skillet; loosely cover to keep warm. Let rest 5 minutes, then thinly slice.
Step 3
Build tacos, stacking 2 tortillas topped with sliced steak, cilantro and sour cream. Squeeze lime juice over tacos.
