Carne Asada Tacos

The Secret Ingredient


  • 1 tablespoon MAGGI Granulated Beef Flavor Bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 pound skirt steak
  • 10 corn tortillas
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Sour cream
  • Lime wedges

Make It

Step 1

Combine Maggi Granulated Beef Bouillon, oil, garlic, chili powder and cumin in small bowl. Rub steak on both sides with bouillon mixture.

Step 2

Heat large nonstick skillet over high heat and cook steak, in batches if necessary, turning once, until desired doneness, about 8 minutes. Remove from skillet; loosely cover to keep warm. Let rest 5 minutes, then thinly slice.

Step 3

Build tacos, stacking 2 tortillas topped with sliced steak, cilantro and sour cream. Squeeze lime juice over tacos.
