Make It
Step 1
Place a turkey breast on a flat surface and cover with plastic wrap. With a kitchen mallet, tap lightly from the center to the edges to stretch the breast. Repeat with the other breast and set aside.
Step 2
Combine olive oil, seasoning sauce, sugar and pepper in a bowl. Spread the marinade on both sides of the breasts and let rest for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 475° F.
Step 4
Cook dried fruit, garlic, onion, water, rum, and Maggi Consomate in a saucepan over medium heat until it boils.
Step 5
Place an open breast on a baking sheet or tray; add half of the filling and roll until firm. Repeat with the other breast.
Step 6
Cover baking sheet with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 5 more minutes.
Step 7
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add flour and stir with a whisk until smooth.
Step 8
Add chicken broth and cook until it boils, stirring constantly.
Step 9
Remove turkey from the oven; slice and serve with the sauce.
