Jugo Seasoning Sauce


  • 4 ounces chopped bacon
  • 1 1/2 onions, cut into strips
  • 1 3/4 pounds beef steak, cut into strips
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons MAGGI® Jugo Seasoning Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 8 ounces grated Manchego cheese
  • 12 soft corn tortillas, heated
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Chopped fresh cilantro

Make It

Step 1

Fry the bacon in a large skillet, stirring frequently; drain excess fat. Add onion; cook until translucent. Add the beef strips, MAGGI® Jugo and Worcestershire sauce and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add the bell peppers; cook and stir for 2 more minutes. Add cheese; cover and cook for a few minutes.

Step 3

Serve with hot tortillas. Add lime juice and cilantro to taste.

Step 4

Optional: Serve with guacamole.
