- ●1 can (7.6 ounces) NESTLÉ® Media Crema
- ●1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature
- ●2 chipotle chiles, marinated
- ●1 can (12 fluid ounces) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
- ●1/2 cup water
- ●1 tablespoon MAGGI® Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
- ●6 slices of bacon, chopped
- ●1/4 onion, finely chopped
- ●1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- ●2 tablespoons butter
- ●1 1/4 pounds medium, raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ●1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- ●8 ounces dry spaghetti, prepared according to package directions, kept warm
- ●1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ●4 slices bacon, fried and chopped
MAKE IT
Step 1
Blend NESTLÉ® Media Crema, cream cheese, chiles, evaporated milk, water and chicken bouillon.
Step 2
Fry 6 slices of bacon until lightly browned; drain excess fat. Add onion; cook until transparent. Add garlic, butter, shrimp and garlic salt; cook for 1 minute.
Step 3
Pour in blended sauce mixture and cook until it thickens slightly, stirring constantly. Add the cooked and drained spaghetti; mix and heat for 2 more minutes. Serve garnished with Parmesan cheese and fried bacon.
