- ●2 3/4 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
- ●1 1/2 cups NESTLÉ NESQUIK Chocolate Flavor Powder
- ●1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- ●2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- ●6 mini candy canes, crushed
- ●Mint leaves for garnish
Make It
Step 1
Heat 1 cup cream in a small saucepan over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Do not boil. Stir in Nesquik and peppermint extract until completely dissolved. Set aside to cool.
Step 2
Place remaining 1 ¾ cups cream and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat with whisk attachment until stiff peaks form. Fold in chocolate mixture until well mixed. Refrigerate in bowl for 1 hour.
Step 3
Garnish with crushed candy canes, sprinkles or a mint sprig before serving.
