HOW TO PREPARE

Step 1
DISH APPLICATIONS [Tacos, Chili, Sauces]: Pan fry in 1 teaspoon of oil over medium-high heat in a non-stick pan for about 4 minutes.
Step 2
Break up grounds to desired crumble size while cooking.
Step 3
Cover the pan with a lid, and reduce heat to low.
Step 4
Cook for an additional 6 minutes until browned and an internal temperature of 165° F has been reached.

Step 1
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add 1 teaspoon of high heat cooking oil.
Step 3
Cook for about 8 minutes, flipping occasionally, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165° F.

Brush both sides with oil.

Grill on medium heat for about 12 minutes, flipping occasionally.
Step 3
Grill until it reaches an internal temperature of 165° F.
