HOW TO PREPARE

Step 1
Before cooking, thaw under frugal use of cool water for 10 minutes or in refrigerator overnight.
Step 2
After thawed, preheat a lightly oiled non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
Cook about 2 minutes per side, flipping only once. Let sit for 1 minute to finish cooking.
Step 4
Let sit for one minute to finish cooking.
