How To Prepare
Conventional Oven Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375° F.

DO NOT PLACE THIS BOWL IN THE OVEN - TRANSFER THE FOOD TO AN OVEN SAFE DISH., Cover with foil, and place bowl in oven on center rack.
Step 3
Cook for 20 minutes; stir and re-cover; cook an additional 18 minutes.
Step 4
Carefully remove the dish and let cool for 2 minutes before enjoying!

Slit film to vent.
Step 2
Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Remove film, stir and re-cover.
Step 4
Cook on HIGH for an additional 30 seconds.

Let stand for one minute. Enjoy!
