INGREDIENTS

  • 2 brioche buns
  • Oil of choice
  • Montreal seasoning
  • 2 SWEET EARTH Enlightened Foods Chik'n Apple Sausage Plant Based Links
  • Savory tomato jam
  • Pickled red onions
  • Pea shoots
  • Spicy brown mustard

MAKE IT

Step 1
Brush inside of buns with oil and sprinkle with Montreal seasoning. On baking sheet, place seasoned brioche buns under the broiler for 3-5 minutes. Set aside and cool.
Step 2
Preheat skillet or grill to medium-high heat with oil and sauté sausage links for 5 minutes per side or until done.
Step 3
Spread spicy brown mustard on buns and place sausages in buns. Garnish with tomato jam, pickled red onions and pea shoots.
Step 4
Enjoy with a side of potato chips.
