INGREDIENTS
- ●1 SWEET EARTH Enlightened Foods Kimchi Cashew Plant-Based Burger, diced
- ●1 cup diced tomatoes
- ●1/4 cup diced onion
- ●1/4 cup finely diced jalapeño pepper
- ●1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- ●8 wonton wrappers
- ●1 package vegan shredded cheese
- ●Salsa (optional)
MAKE IT
Step 1
Sauté veggie burger, tomatoes, onion, jalapeño pepper and cilantro in a lightly oiled pan or skillet until well heated and well mixed.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Step 3
Spray a cupcake pan with a nonstick spray and layer 2 wonton wrappers in each cupcake mold.
Step 4
Spread mixture into each wonton mold and top with your favorite vegan cheese.
Step 5
Place in oven and cook about 10 minutes or until cheese and wonton tips are browned.
Step 6
Remove from oven and allow to sit for 3-4 minutes.
Step 7
Top with vegan sour cream or salsa and serve.
