4 cups cubed day-old bread
1 package (12 to 16 ounces) bulk pork sausage

Place bread cubes in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine evaporated milk, eggs, dry mustard and onion powder in medium bowl. Pour evenly over bread and cheese. Sprinkle with crumbled sausage.

Cook sausage in medium skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently to break up, until no longer pink. Drain and crumble.
