1 cup plain or coconut-flavored lowfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup lowfat granola
¼ cup Coffee-mate® natural bliss® Sweet Cream Flavor All-Natural Coffee Creamer or Coffee-mate® natural bliss® Sweet Crème All-Natural Coconut Milk Coffee Creamer
2 to 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries

Step 1
Combine strawberries and sugar in small saucepan; stir well. If strawberries aren’t very sweet, use more sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 8 minutes or until berries break down and mixture thickens.
Cooking: 8 min

Remove from heat; let cool. You should have ¾ to 1 cup total.

Combine yogurt, Coffee-mate natural bliss Creamer and honey in small bowl; stir well.

Place spoonful of yogurt mixture into each of 8 (3 ounces) ice pop molds. Top with a spoonful of strawberry mixture. Sprinkle with a little granola. Top with another layer of yogurt mixture, strawberry mixture and final layer of yogurt mixture. Top with remaining granola. Tap ice pop molds on counter to settle contents.
