2 tablespoons pine nuts
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, peeled
1 tablespoon Buitoni® Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 tablespoons cold water
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 package (9 ounces) Buitoni® Refrigerated Fettuccine

Step 1
Bring small saucepan of water to a boil. Add parsley; cook for 12 seconds.
Cooking: 1 min
Step 2
Strain; rinse with cold water. Press with back of spoon to squeeze out all water. Place in food processor or blender.

Add pine nuts, lemon juice, water, cheese, garlic and salt to food processor; cover. Process until combined. With processor running, remove feed tube and pour in oil in a steady stream. Scrape pesto into a large bowl.
