Step 1

Combine rice, evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk in medium saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes or until the mixture is thick and most of the liquid is absorbed.

Step 2

Stir in raisins and cinnamon. Remove from heat.
