Step 1

Combine sweetened condensed milk and cocoa in medium saucepan; stir until cocoa is completely dissolved.

Step 2

Stir in milk, water, vanilla extract and salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until piping hot. Serve dusted with cinnamon.
