  • 1/2 cup masa flour (traditional Mexican corn flour)
  • 1/2 cup NESTLÉ LA LECHERA Dulce de Leche
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar or piloncillo cone
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups lowfat 2% milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Make It

Step 1

Place water, masa, dulce de leche, sugar and cinnamon in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large saucepan; whisk in milk.

Step 2

Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low; cook for 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla extract. Serve hot.
