Make It

Step 1

Place juice, nectar, water, dulce de leche, apple, raisins and cinnamon sticks in a large saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until dulce de leche is dissolved. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes. Remove cinnamon sticks before serving. Serve warm with fruit.

Recipe Notes

Cook’s Tip:

Milk solids will naturally separate as mixture rests. To avoid a lot of separation, be sure to heat slowly and never allow mixture to boil.
