- ●1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ●1 to 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ●¼ cup Nestlé® La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- ●2 teaspoons grated lemon peel

Step 1
Cut pound cake into 18 slices, about 1/3-inch thick. Using a 1 ¾-inch-round cookie cutter, cut slices into rounds (scraps can be discarded or saved for another use). Place cake rounds into 18 paper cupcake liners; place on baking sheet.
Step 2
Beat whipping cream in a medium mixer bowl until soft peaks form. Add lemon juice; beat until mixture is stiff. Fold in sweetened condensed milk and grated lemon peel. Spoon evenly into paper liners.
