You'll love this Strawberry Mousse recipe and it's perfect to serve on any occasion when you need a light and refreshing dessert option. Garnish with thinly sliced strawberries and mint.
- ●1 envelope (7 grams) unflavored gelatin
- ●1/2 cup cold water
- ●3 cups cut-up strawberries
- ●1 can (14 ounces) NESTLÉ LA LECHERA Sweetened Condensed Milk
- ●1/2 cup evaporated milk
- ●2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ●Strawberry halves
- ●Mint leaves
Sprinkle gelatin over water in small saucepan. Heat for 1 minute or until gelatin is dissolved.
Place strawberries, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, lemon juice and gelatin mixture in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into dessert cups.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Garnish with strawberries and mint.
