The Secret Ingredient
Ingredients
- ●2 MAGGI® Vegetable Flavor Bouillon Cubes, crumbled
- ●2 cups uncooked white rice, rinsed well and cooked
- ●3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ●1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- ●2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
- ●1 green chili pepper, finely chopped
- ●6 green onions, green and white parts chopped separately
- ●8 ounces sliced white mushrooms
- ●1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ●Pinch of salt to taste
- ●2 tablespoons soy sauce
Make It
Step 1
Heat the oil in a wok. Add ginger, garlic and green chili pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add white parts of green onions, mushrooms, pepper and salt to taste and stir fry for 5 minutes more.
Step 2
Add the cooked rice, soy sauce and green parts of green onions. Fry for another 2-3 minutes. Add crumbled bouillon cubes and mix well.
Step 3
Serve hot.
