Jugo Seasoning Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 large hard-cooked eggs, peeled
  • ¼ cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped cilantro
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon chipotle chile sauce or any hot chile sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon Maggi® Seasoning Sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Small cilantro leaves

Make It

Step 1

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove egg yolks and place in a medium bowl; place egg whites on serving plate.

Step 2

Mash yolks with a fork or electric mixer. Add mayonnaise, mustard, chopped cilantro, chile sauce, seasoning sauce and salt; stir to combine.

Step 3

Spoon egg yolk mixture into small, resealable plastic bag. Cut tiny corner from bag; squeeze to pipe filling into egg whites. Garnish with cilantro leaves.

This recipe makes 12 servings, 1 egg half per serving.
