The Secret Ingredient
Ingredients
- ●6 slices bacon, cut into pieces
- ●2 pounds Brussels sprouts, cut in halves
- ●3 MAGGI Vegetable Flavor Bouillon Cubes, crushed
- ●1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- ●1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- ●1/2 cup dried cranberries
- ●1/2 cup chopped pecans
- ●1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Step 2
Add the bacon pieces to a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, for 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp. Remove the bacon to a plate.
Step 3
Add the Brussels sprouts and toss to combine. Add bouillon to the skillet; stir to combine.
Step 4
Place the coated Brussels sprouts onto a baking sheet; roast in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven; add to a large serving bowl.
Step 5
Add the lemon juice, orange juice, cranberries, pecans, pepper and cooked bacon to the bowl and toss to combine.
