Mix ingredients well with frother in a mug.
Use store-bought caramel sauce or make your own by simmering sugar, water, and butter until caramelized.
Tailor the amount of sugar/sweetener and caramel sauce to your preference.
Add a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg for a warm, spiced caramel latte.
Let the latte cool and pour it over ice.
For a beautiful presentation, drizzle caramel sauce inside the mug before adding the latte and on top of the whipped cream.
Add a pinch of sea salt to the dry ingredients or sprinkle some on top of the whipped cream for a salted caramel twist.
