STOUFFER'S® KEY INGREDIENT
INGREDIENTS
- ●2 packages (12 ounces each) STOUFFER'S Spinach Soufflé, defrosted*
- ●4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- ●1/2 cup fresh salsa
- ●1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- ●1/2 to 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ●Salt and ground black pepper
- ●2 tablespoons shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
MAKE IT
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Step 2
Place defrosted spinach in large mixing bowl. Add cream cheese; stir until combined. Stir in salsa, jalapeño and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Transfer to 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
Step 4
Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with vegetables and crackers.
Step 5
* Defrost spinach soufflé in microwave on MEDIUM (50%) power for 5 to 6 minutes.
