1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1 cup Nestlé® Toll House® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 cup toasted and finely chopped hazelnuts
3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup powdered sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl; mix well.

Beat chocolate hazelnut spread, butter and brown sugar in large mixer bowl with paddle attachment for 3 to 4 minutes or until light and fluffy. With mixer on low speed, add vanilla extract and half of the flour mixture. Add milk and remaining flour mixture; beat until combined. Stir in morsels and hazelnuts.

Place powdered sugar in a medium bowl. Scoop batter using a small, 1 ½-ounce scoop (about 2 to 3 tablespoons); roll in powdered sugar to coat completely. Place on parchment paper-lined baking sheets, placing 2 inches apart.
