Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray 9- or 10-inch tart pan with removable bottom with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2

Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter in medium bowl; press onto bottom of pan. Bake for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Beat sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese in large mixer bowl until smooth. Stir in lemon peel and lemon juice. Pour over crust; gently smooth top.

Step 4

Bake for 25 to 28 minutes or until filling is set. Cool to room temperature; refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Top with fresh berries and/or sliced fruit, if desired.

Cook’s Tip:

For a perfect slice, wipe knife clean with a damp towel before cutting each slice.
