2 tablespoons butter, melted
½ cup milk
½ cup plus 2 tablespoons water

Step 1
Whisk together eggs, water, ½ cup milk, butter, vanilla extract and salt in a large bowl until combined. Gradually whisk in flour until batter is smooth.

Place a crêpe on a serving plate. Place 4 banana slices on one quarter of crêpe. Fold in half and fold in half again. Drizzle with dulce de leche sauce. Sprinkle with pecans and powdered sugar.

Tilt skillet in a circular motion, coating the surface evenly with batter. Cook for 1 to 1 ½ minutes or until lightly brown and edges begin to firm. Loosen with spatula; flip and cook other side for 30 seconds. Repeat with remaining batter.
