1 cup Nestlé® Toll House® Premier White Morsels
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
2 large eggs
1 ½ tablespoons Nescafé® Taster’s Choice® House Blend 100% Pure Instant Coffee Granules
½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ cup Nestlé® Toll House® Baking Cocoa
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

Step 1
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.

Beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and coffee granules in large mixer bowl with paddle attachment for about 5 minutes or until fluffy and coffee granules are almost dissolved. Beat in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in peppermint and vanilla extracts.
