- ●2 cans (14 ounces each) NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- ●1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- ●2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ●1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- ●1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ●1/2 teaspoon salt
- ●1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- ●2 cups all-purpose flour
Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang.
Step 2
Heat sweetened condensed milk and butter together in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently. Once melted, remove from heat and add vanilla extract and brown sugar. Stir to incorporate.
Step 3
Mix in cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and flour and mix until thoroughly blended. Pour batter into prepared baking pan.
Step 4
Bake for 30 minutes or until middle is just set and sides are slightly crisped.
Step 5
Rest in pan for 5 minutes before using overhang of parchment paper to pull brownies from baking pan. To serve, cut into squares and enjoy warm. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
