Preheat oven to 350 °F

For the cookies, cream the butter and beat it with the NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Sift together the flour and baking powder, then gradually add the dry ingredients to the bowl. Refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes wrapped in plastic wrap.
Step 3
Roll out the dough on a floured surface with a rolling pin and cut using cookie cutters. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 °F for 15 minutes or until golden around the edges. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Step 4
For the icing, mix the powdered sugar with the egg whites and lemon juice. Divide into bowls and add a bit of food coloring to each one. Decorate the cookies as desired and let them dry. Enjoy.
