- ●Nonstick cooking spray
- ●2 envelopes (7 grams each) unflavored gelatin
- ●1/2 cup cold water
- ●1 jar (24 ounces) mangoes, drained, reserving 1 slice
- ●1 can (14 ounces) NESTLÉ LA LECHERA Sweetened Condensed Milk
- ●1 cup evaporated milk
- ●3 tablespoons lime juice
Spray 6 to 8 dessert cups with nonstick cooking spray.
Sprinkle gelatin over water in small saucepan. Heat for 1 minute or until gelatin is dissolved. Place mangoes, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, lime juice and gelatin mixture in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into cups. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
To serve, dip knife in warm water and run knife around rim; gently shake to loosen. Invert onto serving plates. Cut reserved mango slice into 6 to 8 pieces; garnish gelatins with mango.
