  • 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, at room temperature, plus more for greasing pan
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a 9-inch loaf pan.

Step 2

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom and allspice in medium bowl.

Step 3

In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the butter and sugar on medium speed for about 3 minutes or until pale and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.

Step 4

With the mixer still on medium, add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract; mix for about 30 seconds or until smooth.

Step 5

Fold in flour mixture and mix until combined.

Step 6

Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake on the bottom rack of oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until golden and a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 7

Cool in pan for 15 minutes; remove from pan and place on a wire rack to cool completely.
