Chicken & Shrimp Skewers
Makes 4 servings
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into equal-size chunks (can also use whole shrimp)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Maggi® Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
- 1 cup red bell pepper chunks
- 1 cup green bell pepper chunks
- 1 cup red onion chunks
- 1 cup zucchini chunks
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion and/or cilantro
Brush chicken or shrimp with olive oil; sprinkle with bouillon.
Alternately thread chicken and vegetables on skewers. (If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before threading to prevent burning.)
Preheat grill over medium heat. Grill skewers, turning frequently, until chicken is no longer pink in center.
Sprinkle with green onion. Eat up and enjoy!
