The Secret Ingredient

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into equal-size chunks (can also use whole shrimp)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Maggi® Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
  • 1 cup red bell pepper chunks
  • 1 cup green bell pepper chunks
  • 1 cup red onion chunks
  • 1 cup zucchini chunks
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion and/or cilantro

Make It

Step 1

Brush chicken or shrimp with olive oil; sprinkle with bouillon.

Step 2

Alternately thread chicken and vegetables on skewers. (If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before threading to prevent burning.)

Step 3

Preheat grill over medium heat. Grill skewers, turning frequently, until chicken is no longer pink in center.

Step 4

Sprinkle with green onion. Eat up and enjoy!
