Step 1

Place bouillon, paprika, pepper and evaporated milk in a large container; mix well. Add chicken pieces; marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Remove chicken pieces one by one, letting excess marinade drain. Coat chicken pieces with flour until a good coating is formed.

Heat oil in a deep pot. With the help of a colander, lower chicken pieces into hot oil and fry for 15 minutes or until the chicken is golden and floats in the oil.
