Grilled Corn with Creamy Chipotle Sauce

The Secret Ingredient


  • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Fat Free Milk
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 large (or 2 small) chipotle chile in adobo sauce from a can, seeds removed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon MAGGI Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
  • 1/3 cup crumbled Cotija cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 6 ears of corn, husked
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, plus more for greasing

Make It

Step 1

Place yogurt, evaporated milk, lime juice, chile, garlic and bouillon in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into a serving bowl; set aside.

Step 2

Preheat grill to medium high. Grease grill rack.

Step 3

Brush ears of corn evenly with oil. Place ears of corn on rack.

Step 4

Grill corn, turning occasionally with tongs, for about 10 minutes or until evenly roasted and lightly charred. Remove from grill; immediately drizzle with chipotle sauce and a sprinkle of cheese and cilantro.
