Korean BBQ Grilled Short Rib Marinade
Makes 4 servings
- 1 tablespoon MAGGI Marketplace Premium Beef Base
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 small onion, roughly chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and roughly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 pounds sliced boneless beef short ribs or flank steak
Blend the beef base, soy sauce, brown sugar, onion, garlic, ginger and black pepper until smooth.
Marinate the meat for 4 hours or overnight.
Drain off any excess marinade and grill to desired doneness.
