3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
●

1/4 cup chopped onion
●

1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
●

2 cups chopped Roma tomatoes
●

1/2 cup water
●

1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
●

1 teaspoon coriander & annatto seasoning
●

2 MAGGI® Chicken Flavor Bouillon Cubes, crushed
●

1 pound dry fusilli pasta, prepared according to package directions
●

Grated Parmesan cheese

Basil leaves

Make It

Step 1

Heat oil in a large saucepan; cook onion and garlic until lightly browned.

Step 2

Add tomatoes, water and 1 tablespoon basil; cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes until tomatoes soften. Add seasoning and bouillon. Mix until combined and cook a couple more minutes.
