4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
●

1/2 teaspoon MAGGI® Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
●

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
●

2 tablespoons olive oil
●

1/2 onion, sliced
●

3 tomatoes, cut into small cubes
●

1 can (7.6 fluid ounces) NESTLÉ® Media Crema
●

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
●

Fresh basil, to taste

MAKE IT

Step 1

Season chicken breasts on both sides with bouillon and garlic powder; heat oil in a large skillet and cook on both sides just until golden brown. Set aside.

Step 2

In the same skillet, add onion and tomato and cook until lightly browned. Add Media Crema; stir constantly until it thickens slightly.

Step 3

Add chicken breasts and Parmesan cheese; cover and cook for another 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through. Serve with sauce, garnished with basil.
