Fresh Fruit Salad
Makes 8 servings, about 3/4 cup per serving
- 6 cups assorted fresh fruit (grapes, cubed mango, sliced strawberries, sliced nectarines, blueberries and/or raspberries)
- Juice from 1 lime
- 3 tablespoons apple juice
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped mint
Combine fruit in large bowl. Add lime juice, apple juice and mint; toss gently to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
