Easy Eggplant Lasagna

STOUFFER'S® KEY INGREDIENT
Lasagna with Meat & Sauce
- 1 package (38 ounces) Stouffer's® Family Size Lasagna with Meat & Sauce
- 1 small eggplant
- 1 tablespoon freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
Carefully pull plastic back, but not completely off, of lasagna. Slice eggplant into thin slices. Place just enough eggplant slices over lasagna to cover. Sprinkle with cheese. Replace plastic over lasagna. Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 375° F for 70 minutes or until lasagna is heated through.
