Spinach Soufflé

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package (12 ounces) STOUFFER'S Spinach Soufflé, thawed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/4 cups Italian style breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

MAKE IT

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Mix spinach soufflé, egg, breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined.

Step 3

Form tablespoon-sized balls using a cookie scoop or a tablespoon. Place on prepared baking sheet.

Step 4

Bake for 20 minutes.

Step 5

Mix tomato sauce, paprika and red pepper flakes in a small bowl until fully combined. Serve soufflé balls with dipping sauce on the side.
